BlazeTV biography
BlazeTV is an American conservative-oriented subscription video streaming service launched on December 2, 2018. It was formed by the 2018 merger of TheBlaze, a pay television news and entertainment network founded by Glenn Beck, with CRTV LLC, which was owned by Conservative Review co-founder Mark Levin. The service offers programming originating from TheBlaze and CRTV, as well as new original programming. As of 2021, BlazeTV is available in North America, the UK, and Australia.
BlazeTV controversies
BlazeTV has been known to court controversy through it's programming, which often takes a conservative and right-leaning stance on politics, social issues, and cultural matters. Some of the channel's more notable controversies include accusations of anti-Semitism from former employees, criticism for platforming conspiracy theories, and backlash for airing controversial figures such as Milo Yiannopoulos and Gavin McInnes. The channel has also faced criticism for spreading misinformation, particularly around election results and COVID-19.
